About Us

Hi there, My name is Brad and i am the owner of Affiliate Review.
Like most webmasters, i have been through my fair share of affiliate sites trying to maximise revenue. One of the biggest problems i found is the lack of knowledge of some networks. Sure everyone knows about Commission Junction and Linkshare but there are a lot of good affiliate networks out there who aren't reaching their potential market.
Joining a new affiliate network can sometimes be very time consuming. The forms that you fill in are tedious and then you usually have to wait for acceptance. I've done this countless times, listened to the marketing guy say 'Well we decided to let you in' and then realising that they've got 6 merchants who only ship to Alaska.
Most of the reviews will be on Affiliate Networks as apposed to individual affiliate programs (eg. Amazon) though the odd individual program will be reviewed if it is popular enough. As the site grows, im hoping for more and more webmasters to chip in and review networks that have not been reviewed. Reviews will be updated when the review is incorrect or if a merchant has went from good to bad or vice versa.
Please note however that scores are not the be all and end all. There is not a significant amount of difference between an affiliate company that gets a score of 7 and one that gets a score of 8. We take our reviews very seriously and try to be both fair and accuarate though it has to be noted that parts of our reviews are opinions and not hard fact and any problems or querys with companies have to be taken up with the company or site in question.
